Fee Structure

Notice to Quit:     $30.00 per person plus cost of service

Eviction Action:     $150.00 per hour plus costs of service and filing (retainer of $500.00 - $1000.00 generally required)

Lease Preparation:     $150.00 per hour (generally $300.00 for residential lease and $500.00 - $1000.00 for commercial lease)
